MAY BE WEEKEND/HOLIDAY WORK. POSSIBLE DAILY HRS: 7:AM-3:30 PM. OJT. NO MIN. EDU. REQMT. DUTIES MAY INCLUDE: REFOREST, PROTECT TIMBER TRACTS, SOWING SEED; LIFTING SEEDLINGS FROM NURSERY BEDS, PLACING SHADING MATERIALS BESIDE SEEDLINGS, NETTING OR TUBING (PLACING SMALL PLASTIC TUBES OVER SEEDLINGS); MULCHING, POST-PLANTING HAND SCALPING (REMOVING EXCESSIVE VEGETATION AROUND SEEDLINGS); APPLY REPELLENT OR FERTILIZER TO SEEDLINGS, OTHER FORESTRY RELATED ACTIVITIES AS PER SOC/OES 45-4011 (ONETONLINE.ORG). PERFORM PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: SUCH AS LIFT, BALANCE, WALK, STOOP, HANDLE, POSITION, MOVE, MANIPULATE MATERIALS USE STATIC STRENGTH EXERT MAX MUSCLE FORCE LIFT, PUSH, PULL, CARRY UP TO 50LBS. ATTN. Employer comply w/applicable Federal, State, local laws pertaining OT hrs. Wage may vary. DOE Range: $13.68-$18.18/hr. ID: $15.76-18.16/hr. OT$23.64-27.24/hr. OR: $17.10-17.62/hr. OT$25.65-26.43/hr. MT: $15.65-16.28/hr. OT$23.48-24.42/hr. WA: $13.68-18.18/hr. OT$20.52-27.27/hr. Transport/subsistence reimbursed (by first paycheck) cost from place which worker came to work for employer, whether in U.S. or abroad, to place of employment. Employer will take incremental deductions out each paycheck (not to fall below fed min.) to recoup for transport costs pd in 1st workweek paycheck. Once worker completed 50% of employment period, transport costs (most efficient carrier cost), & subsistence costs reimbursed to worker. Upon completion work contract or where worker dismissed early, employer provides or pays worker's reasonable cost return transport/ subsistence home or place worker originally departed to work, except where worker will not return due subsequent employment w/ another employer. Amount of transport payment or reimbursement will be equal most economical/reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at rate $12.68 per day during travel to max of $55 per day w/ receipts. 3/4 Guarantee: If legally enforceable, worker offered employment for total number work hrs equal to at least 3/4 (26.25/hrs.per wk) of workdays of each 12-wk period. employer provided tools, supplies/equipment w/o charge/deposit. Miscellaneous: a single workweek as standard to compute wages due. Wage pd every 2-wks. All deductions reqd. by law will be done by employer. Employer offers assistance in locating lodging by supplying list one or more public accommodation options vicinity each worksite but does not provide housing. Lodging cost varies by location. Workers not reqd. to stay such housing. Employer will pay cost of lodging to extent reqd. by law. Will reimburse H-2B worker first workweek paycheck for visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, to extent reqd. by law, including those fees mandated by U.S. govt. incurred by H-2B worker, not including passport or other fees not primarily for benefit of employer. Optional carpool contributions as company makes available company vehicle after hrs for reasonable personal use; contributions up to $35 per wk to help cover costs of personal use will be deducted based on mileage.
