Envirocon, Inc. Health & Safety Administrator in Missoula, Montana

The Health & Safety Administrator assists the Director of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in supporting Envirocon environmental remediation project sites with EHS Program management. The H&S Administrator will be a corporate point of contact for Project Management Teams for various EHS-related items such as employee medical monitoring, drug testing, and training records.

This is an in-office position expected to work onsite in Missoula, MT.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must comply with all Envirocon EHS policies and procedures.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint.
Must have demonstratable problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Must have high-quality organization and document management skills.
Must be adaptive to technological changes as they are implemented.
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and the ability to work well with others.
Must be able to work independently with little oversight.
Travel may be required but not regularly expected, including periodic travel to project sites.

Education and Experience:
A wide variety of educational and experience backgrounds may be considered for this position.
A degree or training in health and safety is a plus.
Experience maintaining a health and safety program is a plus.

Provide support to all EHS Department employees in managing the Envirocon EHS Program.
Assist with maintaining Envirocon's EHS policies and programs, and make revisions as needed to maintain its compliance with applicable regulations.
Coordinate and manage employee medical monitoring and drug testing program.
Assist with Envirocon DOT Driver Program management.
Manage employee training and recordkeeping program.
Assist with maintaining various EHS Department information systems such as the H&S management system software, internal Learning Management System (LMS), Sharepoint sites, and OneDrive.
Assist with EHS Department weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
Assist in building training content for the internal Envirocon Learning Management System (LMS).
Other EHS Department administrative tasks as assigned.
