Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Missoula, Montana

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Belt Technician, you’ll help customers by fabricating and repairing a variety of belts and rubber components both in the shop. You will install and vulcanize conveyor belting. You must work in a manner that ensures the safety of everyone involved and exercise proper care in the use of tools and equipment. Other duties will be assigned by managers. The position offers a base hourly rate (overtime eligible) plus a bonus. You will also receive compensation for travel time to customer sites, along with paid lodging.

Hard Skills

  • Fabrication of belts

  • Repair of rubber components

  • Installation of conveyor belting

  • Vulcanization of conveyor belting

Soft Skills

  • Safety awareness

  • Proper use of tools and equipment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Missoula, Montana.

Work Environment

Working in the shop and at other industrial client sites
