Position Summary: Contents Restoration Technician
The Content Restoration Technician provides various disaster recovery services to residential and commercial clients. This position would be aimed towards packing out and moving .
General Responsibilities(not an all inclusive list):
Use a hand held electronic device to complete a full inventory of customers contents.
Pack contents up with protection and care to avoid damage.
Complete pack backs and resets of all contents. Frequent lifting, carrying and placing boxes of belongings.
Provide post construction cleaning to prepare a house for occupancy
Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
Able to work well in team environments as well as alone.
Comfortable using computer software programs
Working Conditions:
Will often work in dirty and or wet conditions.
Able to lift and carry boxes of 30lbs or less.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided for use and at times is mandatory.
Work appropriate shoes must always be worn while on job sites or in the warehouse.
