Chiropractic Works Office Manager/Billing specialist in Missoula, Montana
Answering phone calls, faxes and emails to schedule and assist patients with any questions, Checking patients in upon arrival and letting the provider know when their patient has been check in, Collecting payment from patients and keep detailed records of all insurance information and payments, assist patients with the rescheduling process, Assist providers with submitting billing to insurance, and following up on unpaid claims, billing out unpaid insurance claims to patient, weekly bank deposit, post office runs as needed. Cleaning of office daily includes: vacuum office, wipe down treatment tables, take trash out, clean and restock bathroom as needed
