REPORTS TO: Provider Relations Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style guided by the objectives of the company, provides administrative and clerical support to others in the provider relations department to maintain an efficient office environment.The incumbent is expected to communicate professionally with peers, supervisors, subordinates, vendors, customers, and the public, and to be respectful and courteous in the conduct of this position.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Essential job functions include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.Provider Relations: Answer provider questions via email, fax, mail and phone callsAdministration: Process/route Provider Relations emails, mail, fax, voicemail Update network database on a consistent basisProcess provider Adds/Terms/ChangesTrack new contracts, amendments and monitor receipts Prepare contracts for signature and scan to system Prepare and send mailings and other communicationsClaims resolution processes Maintain coordination of benefits ("COB") databaseAssist Provider Relations teamAssist with scheduling provider relations visitsPrepare provider reporting and meeting packetsAnalytics:Provide clerical and administrative support to analytic team
