Job Title: Repair Lead
Job Description
This full-time position is tailor-made for someone with experience hanging sheetrock, using mud and tape techniques, texture application, painting skills, and a knack for carpentry and trim work. Our diverse range of small to mid-size projects will allow you to work independently while showcasing your talent and passion for your craft. All while leading the crew and making sure the project is on track.
Responsibilities
Hang sheetrock using various techniques
Apply mud and tape for finishing touches
Perform texture application and painting tasks
Conduct carpentry and trim work
Lead and manage a crew to ensure project completion
Ensure safety and customer service standards are met
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Use a variety of hand and power tools proficiently
Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects (upwards of 50lbs.) as needed, sometimes repetitively
Essential Skills
Experience in hanging sheetrock
Proficiency in mud and tape techniques
Skill in texture application and painting
Carpentry and trim work expertise
Ability to lead a crew and manage projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Well-rounded knowledge and skill set in general construction remodel/restoration
Reliability and flexibility to handle various challenges
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
