City of Missoula Research and Evaluation Analyst in Missoula, Montana
The Missoula Crisis Intervention Team Program (CIT) is a comprehensive and collaborative community-based program that brings criminal justice, first responders, advocacy, and behavioral health system stakeholders together to reduce reliance on jails and emergency rooms, and instead, redirect those in crisis to effective, safe, timely, informed, and recovery-oriented community-based treatment and support services. Our local CIT Program follows the CIT International and Crisis Now best practice frameworks to improve the Missoula community's response to behavioral health related crises through 1) strong, sustained partnerships between stakeholders, 2) program infrastructure, and 3) systemic changes to our crisis response system. The CIT Program is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Research and Evaluation Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of the CIT program, our Department of Justice Connect and Protect grant and other Crisis Response System (CRS) agencies by collecting, analyzing, managing, and reporting on data related to law enforcement, CRS, and community responses to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
