Residential and New Construction InstallerA leading HVAC company with a 47-year history of excellence is looking for an HVAC Technician for Retrofit Residential and New Construction Installer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a mechanical background, the ability to troubleshoot and excellent customer service skills.Essential Job Responsibilities:-Ensure that construction projects are properly designed using company standards           -Responsible for ensuring job readiness, including job communication for installers, material, and equipment deliveries -Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project and actively contribute to the builder upgrade program-Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors-Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with builders-Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.-Complete all required paperwork, including job packets, change orders, and timecards, with accuracy and attention to detail.-Skillfully measure, cut, and drill with precision, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standardWhy you want this position:-Starting Wage: $18 - $22 / hour DOE-Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -Paid Overtime, as needed-Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance-Holiday and Vacation payQualifications:-Working in tight/open/high/low spaces-Impeccable Driving Record with a Valid License and must be able to pass a criminal background check -Commit to a training schedule to receive NATE certifications-Possesses both written and verbal English language skills-Basic Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings-Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50lbs-Work in variable weather conditionsGet in touch! Call or text Melanie in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-542-3377
