Position Details

  • Department: Finance

  • Direct Report: General Accounting Manager

  • Indirect Report: CFO

  • FLSA Status: Exempt

Essential Functions


  • General Ledger maintenance and support

  • Fixed asset accounting

  • Prepaids and accruals

  • Accounts payable back-up

  • Payroll processing

  • Prepares monthly operating results analytic review

  • Participates in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reports



  • BA in Accounting

  • ERP System experience (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)

  • 2+ years of applicable experience (manufacturing experience a plus)

  • Preferred: Payroll experience (ADP Workforce Now experience a plus)


  • High proficiency with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, charts and graphs, etc.)

  • High analytic and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Respects the confidentiality of the financial and payroll information used and developed

  • Excellent “customer service” attitude
