Papé Material Handling, Inc. Service Department Dispatcher in Missoula, Montana


SERVICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCHER: Responsible for scheduling and prioritizing job assignments for Field Technicians. Position will work closely with other office personnel, Product Support Representatives and Technicians. Will also handle Fleet Administration for Montana. Primary duties include:

Answering customer calls.
Scheduling of Technicians.
Scheduling preventative maintenance services.
Monitoring work in process.
Service & Parts Department clerical duties as assigned.
Data entry.
Following up on schedules, changes and/or delays and properly communicating these as needed.
Technical knowledge of equipment and dispatching experience preferred. Applicant must have excellent communication, customer relation and data entry skills. Computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Word is required. Must be multi-task orientated with excellent attention to detail.
