Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a part-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team during after-school hours! This position offers flexible work hours to fit your lifestyle, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as your caseload expands.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
Affiliation with ASHA, including active Certificate of Clinical Competence
Licensure in the state of Montana
Successful completion of a background check and substance abuse testing
Flexibility to work with a diverse population
Current CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience
Highly Preferred: Certification/experience in DIR/Floortime, SOS Approach to Feeding, or other pediatric specialties
Job Description
Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing delays/disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique profile
Provide ongoing therapy services to a diverse caseload, both in-clinic and via teletherapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, therapists, medical providers, teachers, and other caregivers
Educate and train families on techniques, strategies, and applicable home programs
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge information
Attend staff meetings, presentations, and in-service sessions
Assist with administrative duties as needed, including lesson planning, case management, and communication with office staff
Participate in continuing education, training, conferences, and other professional development activities
Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
