Providence Health & Services Stationary Engineer in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Stationary Engineer (1.0 FTE, Evening Shift) to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
The schedule for this position is 4:00PM until 12:00AM. It is variable days and includes weekend coverage.
In this position you will:
Operates and maintains one or more gas or oil fired high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment.
Operates and maintains HVAC equipment and controls of various types.
Performs minor maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment and systems including their related electrical components.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent with major emphasis in a mechanical or trades curriculum
Continuing education in related field
Third Class Engineer License (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Valid Montana driver's license
Experience in a mechanical background
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
2 year education program in a related field
Second Class Engineer License
