This is an on-site position in our Missoula office location along with 50% regional travelEssential Duties and Responsibilities:* Present, train, and coach program participants on employment skills, resume writing, interview preparation, career exploration, life and soft skills, communication skills, etc.* Prepare materials for training sessions and present training programs in a clear and concise manner.* May select or develop teaching aids such as handbooks, models, visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference materials to support curriculum design.* Track attendance in training sessions and notify appropriate staff of non-attendance when applicable.* Make logistical arrangements for training sessions, including training facilities, course materials and audio-visual equipment.* Assist in writing and evaluation of training aides.* Continually monitor and assess participant progress throughout the learning process and adjust as needed to ensure knowledge transfer and applied understanding.* Perform other duties as may be assigned by leadership.* Complete thorough intakes* Conduct assessments* Ability to develop an ESP (Employability/Service Plan)* Case Managment* Assisting with Job Placement* RetentionMinimum Requirements* High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Previous Maximus experience preferred.* Previous incumbent experience preferred.* Must live in or near Missoula, MT.* Must work onsite in Missoula, MT.* This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.* This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.#LI-OnsiteEEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short* and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
