As a Spiff Solution Architect at Cognizant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Spiff’s Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop scalable and efficient compensation management solutions that align with business goals.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Spiff implementation, configuration, or solution architecture.
Strong knowledge of sales compensation plans, incentive structures, and commission models.
Hands-on experience in Spiff administration, rule creation, workflow automation, and reporting.
Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and API-based integrations.
Experience integrating Spiff with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead technical discussions and drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools, such as Xactly or Anaplan.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms and data visualization tools.
Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
