Resident Owner Storage Attendant – The Inn Residences
Montage Big Sky
SUMMARY
The Inn Residences at Montage Big Sky is a luxury, shared ownership property. The property consists of thirty-two Residences, ranging in size from three to four bedrooms, and services 128 Residential Owners at The Inn. The Resident Owner Storage Attendant will handle the pick up and delivery of owner storage items during the arrival and departure process, and handle items with exceptional care. This position reports to the Residential Manager – Inn Residences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provides exceptional resident owner service, ensuring all service standards are met or exceeded
• Coordinates and executes the pick up and delivery process of owner storage locker items to each residence upon arrival and departure.
• Assists owner with the packing of items into the designated storage locker. Items to be placed in the locker include storage bins, some ski gear, golf clubs, suitcases, and other recreation equipment.
• Maintains efficient and organized storage locker room.
• Assists with the receiving of owner packages, and places in storage locker or delivers to resident owner.
• Additional duties as necessary and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Organizational skills required
· Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Previous experience handling a multitude of packages and mail strongly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the Resort on a timely basis. Must be able to push and pull large items.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates. Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perceptions. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, multi-line touch tone phone and other office equipment as needed.
Candidate must be flexible in work schedule including weekends to meet the needs of the property. Working some holidays will be expected.
