Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.About The Role Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist I will be employed within the Finance and Accounting department of Glacier Bancorp, Inc. The Accounts Payable Specialist I is responsible for inputting, processing, and approving a high volume of invoices and expense reimbursements for our Divisions. The GBCI Accounts Payable team members complete the final approval on all payable items. Attention to detail is key and utmost passion for the work is highly valued. Situations will continually arise where problem solving skills, research, and ability to document are required. Builds strong relationships with Corporate Department and Division personnel and is responsible for providing exceptional and consistent customer service and support in an efficient manner. Team members approach conversations attentively with respect, patience and concern for the issue presented. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating, and/or advising others on matters of significance. This is a Corporate Position which can be located in an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint. The entry rate for this position is $16.80 per hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Duties and Responsibilities Description % of Time Spent \* Responsible for inputting, reviewing, approving and processing AP payments and reimbursements for Divisions via ACH, Check and Credit Card Disposition, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and reimbursements. 30% \* Responsible inputting and reviewing Vendors (determination of tax reporting, setup, review, W-9s and confirming Vendor ACH Authorization forms) within Accounts Payable Solution. Responsible for completing Vendor Maintenance. 15% \* Responsible for researching payments, reimbursements and vendor information, along with following and making recommendations to the General Ledger Manual. 10% \* Reviews workflows and Accounts Payable register to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. Work diligently with IT Flexi Admin to determine action needed to re-engage workflow. 10% \* Cultivates strong relationships with Division personnel ensuring prompt and consistent service and support, along with providing guidance and discretion when returning invoices. Acts as an enthusiastic, positive and motivated team member and contributes eagerly to team goals. 10% \* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Accounts Payable Procedures, Job Aids and General Ledger Manual, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. 10% \* Responsible for Accounts Payable Clearing Account reconcilement. 5% \* Responsible for processing Prepaid, Recurring, Director payments, Cell Phone and Xenmobile Reimbursements. 5% \* Responsible for documenting exceptions to invoice numbering system and vendor payment requirements. 5% About You Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
