Providence Caregiver Wellness Consultant *Remote* in Montana

Providence is calling a Caregiver Wellness Consultant who will:
Be responsible for supporting all programs of No One Cares Alone (Providence's mental health and wellness initiative for caregivers/staff and their families)
Practice independently, assess and triage behavioral health concerns brought forth by caregivers and core leaders
Conduct 1:1 assessments, review current mental health and wellness offerings for core leaders and caregivers/staff
Respond to caregiver/staff mental health check-ups (including those experiencing a mental health crisis)
Provide a therapeutic environment to discuss the mental health and wellness challenges the core leader, caregivers/staff and/or their team are having
Stay current with available mental health and wellness and consultation strategies internally as well as the evidence informing wellness work
Provide ethical consultations/care in accordance with regulatory bodies
Participate in wellness consultant meetings and adhere to department expectations
Complete necessary documentation in a timely fashion
Engage in ongoing program improvement of the NOCA umbrella of programs
Collaborate with other NOCA team members and report to the Clinical Manager, Mental Health
Present wellness resources to teams
Facilitate team assessments of burnout
Develop and implement indicated interventions
Complete/assist in aspects of program evaluation to inform practice and ensure success of the core leader outreach program
Become certified in Mental Health First Aid and provide comprehensive virtual training for caregivers/staff a few times a year
Provide other related activities in service of caregiver/staff mental health and wellness
This position is: Exempt, Part-Time, Benefit Eligible and will be scheduled to work 20 hours per week. Providence Welcomes 100% remote work for residents who live in one of the following States: AK, WA, OR, MT, CA, TX
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Behavorial Health or another related field of study -OR-
Ph.D. in Social Work, Behavorial Health or another related field of study -OR-
Ph.D. in Psychology or another related field of study
2+ years’ experience working in direct clinical care of patients with behavioral health needs
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1+ years' experience as a people leader in any leadership role
