Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capabilities: APEX (Trade Promotion Management - TPM) Training & User Support
Reporting to the Senior Director of RGM Capabilities, the Senior Manager of APEX Training and User Support role will strategize, lead, manage, and deliver best-in-class APEX Training and User Support to assist the organization in driving and delivering profitable revenue growth strategies harnessing our technology, data, and the power of our brands and portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Lead an in-depth situation assessment of training plans and resources to identify opportunities to improve and refresh all APEX training materials and methodologies (group, single person, computer-based training, assessments, etc).
Lead and strategize with a cross-functional leadership group from Sales, Commercial Finance, Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), and Customer RGM teams to develop a prioritized action plan to maximize the impact of APEX Training and User Support.
Develop and own the multi-year, multi-faceted APEX Training and User Support roadmap incorporating all future RGM, Commercial Finance, and Sales organization requirements.
Lead and execute a comprehensive APEX retraining for the Sales organization before the next annual planning cycle.
Own and lead all APEX Super User channel groups focusing on issue identification, solutions, best practice sharing, etc.
Own and lead the APEX Training/User Support Taskforce consisting of functional leaders from Sales, Commercial Finance, and Customer RGM to ensure collaboration and support for the APEX Training/User Support plans.
Partner with Sales Planning to lead APEX support group training sessions to improve the Sales organization's efficient and effective use of all APEX functions and continuously improve the customer business planning function.
Lead and own all aspects of the ongoing APEX Training and User Support efforts, including resource proposals and budgets.
Lead the tracking and reporting of the impact of APEX Training and User Support efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Initially, this role will not have direct reports but will actively participate in leading, coaching, and supporting all the efforts of the extended RGM Capabilities APEX team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or similar required
3-5 or more years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Leadership experience in a matrix environment
Prior RGM, TPM system, Training, or Sales experience is helpful
Mondelez experience is a plus
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
