General Summary: Greet and assist general public, students, staff and faculty. Answer switchboard. Prepare items for filing. Work as a team member in the basic operations of the Business office.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED and 2-years office experience. Ability to work as a team, establish and maintain effective working relationships, maintain confidentiality and public relations a must. Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to carry out normal responsibilities and meet unusual situations with professionalism. General computer knowledge helpful.
