General Summary: The role of the Clinical Coordinator is to facilitate individual and group opportunities of clinical learning that allow students to meet the educational outcomes of the Bachelor of Science Nursing Program and the RN-BSN program. To achieve these outcomes, the Clinical Coordinator and the Clinical Sites form partnerships in an atmosphere of shared learning and mutual respect. Qualifications: The applicant shall be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Montana. The applicant shall hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program, MSN preferred. The Clinical Coordinator must be a proactive, self-directed nurse who enjoys networking with nurses and clinical agencies across Montana. The Clinical Coordinator will provide evidence of continuing professional development in clinical nursing education and serve as role models for the students.
