SALISH KOOTENAI COLLEGE Custodial Manager in PABLO, Montana
General Summary: Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff, faculty and students. This position will lead and develop individual teams. This position will supervise and serve as a leadership position with the custodial team. Position will follow policy and procedures. This position's hours will mostly be in the evenings except during academic school breaks. Due to the nature of the job, this is not a remote working position.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; At least three years documented supervisory experience; Must have the ability to work as a team player and possess good work ethic; Ability to be dependable in attendance; Model and instruct professional behavior to team members; Be firm with decisions; Become familiar and follow SKC policies and procedures; Maintain positive working relationships with administration, faculty, staff, supervisors and team members.
