SALISH KOOTENAI COLLEGE Journey to Wellness Director in PABLO, Montana
The SKC Center for Prevention & Wellness (CPW) department is seeking a Project Director to lead the Journey to Wellness Project funded by the Headwaters Foundation. This project is focused on alternative response models committed to community-level Behavioral Health crisis intervention and prevention.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology or other health-related field. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in public health, behavioral health, social work, psychology, or a related field. Experience creating and building relationships with Tribal agencies, community members, and other professional agencies. Excellent leadership skills with experience in a project management role in a team or organizational setting. Experience with grants management, their guidelines, and requirements as defined by funders. Cultural awareness, knowledge, and experience working with tribal populations. Travel is required, both local and regional travel, and as needed to grantee meetings, trainings/professional development opportunities, and resource building.
