Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association Activity Director in Plentywood, Montana
Activity Director Description: Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, and directing our facility activities program in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs. Participates in the development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments. Assists with completion of the MDS on all new admissions, quarterly and annually. Develops and maintains department polices and procedures.
Hours: Full-time, 0.90 FTE, 72 hours per pay period, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Hours can vary and will include one weekend per month). Benefit eligible.
Requirements: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills; and work effectively, both individually and as part of a team. Must be able to maintain the privacy of patient/resident information.
