MONTANA PIONEER MANORS INC Administrator in PLENTYWOOD, Montana
Position Summary: The Montana Pioneer Manor, Inc. administrator is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management of a 52 apartment independent senior living facility. The duties of the administrator will include: planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating current and future needs of the facility, including compliance of all HUD federal guidelines, and State of Montana HHS guidelines for dietary compliance, and compliance of all local, state, and federal laws concerning employees and welfare of residents. The position is supervised by the Montana Pioneer Manor, Inc. Board of Directors.
Job Requirements/Education/Experience: High School graduate or equivalence with 1-2 years post secondary education and/or years of office related experience. College graduate preferred. People skills, customer service and computer skills required.
