Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Plentywood, Montana
Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Description: Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Rural Health Clinic, providing comprehensive healthcare for all ages.
This is a full-time position.
We offer a competitive salary based on years of experience, assist in the student loan repayment, offer CME allowance of $2000/year, relocation repayment up to $10,000, a sign on bonus of $20,000, as well as additional benefits.
Sheridan Memorial takes pride in the 19-bed Critical Access Hospital, 35-bed Long Term Care Facility and our Rural Health Clinic. Services provided include radiology with x-ray, CT scanner, limited MRI, limited ultrasound, dexa-scan, and mammography, a fully equipped laboratory, rehab suite with PT/OT/ST and hydrotherapy, hospice and visiting nurse services, home oxygen and Durable Medical Equipment services and more. Join our team of quality Providers who include two Physicians, two Family Nurse Practitioners and one Physician Assistants. New grads are welcome.
We are a frontier community on the prairie of Northeastern Montana with great fishing and hunting, great schools, and community-based atmosphere. Hours: Full-time position with benefits. Position is eligible for productivity bonuses.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program. Current Board Certification preferred. Unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or a Physician Assistant in the State of Montana required. Credentialed and privileged to practice at SMHA required. Unrestricted Montana Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) prescriptive authority required. Current ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS certification desired but facility can assist with certifications. Experience working in CAH and similar clinic setting desirable.
