The Position: Maintenance Crew Members assist our Maintenance Foreman in completing maintenance jobs for our clients. Work includes, but is not limited to, pruning, fertilizing, spraying beds, mowing lawns, replacing aged or dead plant material, minor repairs to irrigation systems, and planting beds under the direction of the foreman or Landscape Designer. Our work can be physically demanding, mentally challenging, changing with the seasons, and interesting to those who enjoy working outside and with people. A flexible work schedule (some weekends, holidays, and weekdays) is required, along with regular attendance. Overtime may be required during our peak season. Responsibilities: -Assisting Maintenance Foreman -Listening and following the direction of Maintenance Foreman -Completing assigned tasks Requirements: -Able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day -Able to work for long periods on your feet -Willingness to learn -Exemplary customer service skills -Ability to use hand tools and power equipment -Ability to work in all environmental conditions -Valid Montana Drivers License -Willing to have a background check and pass a drug test -High school diploma preferred -Landscaping experience preferred Application Instructions: Apply with a completed job application from our website or pick one up from our store.
