Caras Property Management in Polson is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician. We are growing and looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be someone well versed in general maintenance/handyperson tasks which can include plumbing, minor electrical, landscaping, small appliance repair, light carpentry, troubleshooting. The ability to work quickly and cleanly is a plus. Ever the professional, a willingness to be organized, take direction, follow instructions, and stay cool under pressure. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, pays attention to detail, and is interested in working in a place where there is never a dull moment. Must have own basic hand tools, your own transportation, High school/GED required. 3+ years' experience as a maintenance technician in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to take emergency calls after hours periodically. EEO/AAF employer. We represent properties from Polson to Hamilton with Missoula as our home base. Our properties include new construction and some legacy properties as well as mobile homes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, Overtime for after hour calls. After one year, Six paid federal holidays per year. Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly
