WESTERN MONTANA AREA AGENCY ON AGING Regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman in POLSON, Montana

LOCATION:Western Montana Area VI Agency on Aging, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation serving a rural planning and service area (PSA) in Western Montana headquartered in Polson. Service area includes Lake, Lincoln, Mineral, Sanders Counties, and the Flathead Reservation.SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under the direction of the Regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman (RLTCO), the Ombudsman serves as an effective advocate for the well-being of long-term care residents within Lincoln, Sanders, and Mineral County. The LLTCO shall promote both individual and systemic complaint resolution activities and be a regular presence in long-term care facilities.
