FORT PECK HOUSING AUTHORITY Maintenance Warehouseman in POPLAR, Montana
Incumbent will be responsible for the warehouse maintenance, material, equipment and appliance inventory along with vehicle maintenance. Will receive shipments, checks invoices, check for damages and report all damage found. Will order equipment parts, pick up and place into inventory control. Will record all income and outgoing items per inventory control policies. Will perform all maintenance duties on the warehouse, including janitorial duties and surrounding grounds. Perform maintenance duties on department all vehicles and all other duties as assigned. Will process materials for delivery by preparing requisition forms with project, unit number, date, delivered cost of materials and make sure that the requisition forms are signed by the receiving party. Will supervise employees involved in loading and unloading materials, checks invoices, pulling stock, operating material handling equipment, etc.
