Seeker must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid drivers licenses. Must also show proof of vehicle ownership along with vehicle insurance and registrations. Knowledge of home maintenance, repairs and witernization. Must be able to make accurate decisions, travel daily and to work with the general public. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Will work directly and take directives from supervisor. Will assist with planning, developing the completion of the LIHEAP projects. Will work with clients on services and activities, and will schedule and meet with each client as needed to do such things such as maintenance activities for the energy program, do educational programs and awareness workshops, case management, counseling, chore services, check propane tanks and work with outside agencies like State, Federal and Tribal programs
