Help Wanted-Full Time Temporary Position. Cooks. Café Regis is seeking two (2) individuals to fill the Cook positions. Café Regis will offer a wage of $16.75 per hour and a $25.13 for overtime hours over 40 hour/week. The start date is April 01, 2025 and last till December 31, 2025. •38 hour week, some overtime available. Must be available on weekends, holidays and rotate shifts•Uniform tops are provided free without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance to 20 CFR 655.20(k)•Must have 3 months experience as a cook. •The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k) •Housing is optional and subject to availability at a monthly rate of $300. Which will be deducted bi weekly plus all deductions required by law•Visa and other related fees and government fees will be reimbursed in the first work week.•In bound transportation will be paid if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.•Pay bi-weekly•Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.Job Duties expected during working hours. the employee will:PERFORMS A VARIETY OF KITCHEN DUTIES AS ASSIGNED IN THE PREPARATION AND SERVING OF MEALSDuties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks.•Prepare awesome meals for our customers.•Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.•Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.•Check food and ingredients for freshness.•Arrange and garnish dishes.Work hours: 6am-2:30PM.
