You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation for patients with physical, mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities. Your goal will be to help our patients achieve the highest level of independence possible. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Current Montana state licensure as a registered Occupational Therapist, or eligible • Current BLS Certification, or eligible to obtain within 3 months of hire date • Valid Montana Driver's license • Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, principles, and methods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to provide a safe environment for patients Schedule: • Per Diem (as needed) • Days, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Evaluate patients' abilities and plan appropriate treatment programs • Help patients identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them • Monitor and document patients' progress towards goals • Communicate regularly with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals • Provide training to patients and caregivers on activities of daily living • Develop and implement discharge plans • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Keep up-to-date with current research and trends in Occupational Therapy Other Qualifications: • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems • Experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred Beartooth Billings Clinic is an Equal Opportunity Employer Apply Here: Beartooth Billings Clinic - Careers
