RSD, INC. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT POSITION in RED LODGE, Montana

Resource, Support and Development, Inc. (RSD) is seeking someone for a Residential Support Position that will involve a variety of tasks focused on assisting individuals with disabilities in their home to achieve their maximum potential and self-sufficiency, in accordance with principles of self-determination. The position is located in Red Lodge MT. Duties: With support of group home management, our team members are responsible for: - the provision of personal care which may include feeding, toileting, and showering both males and females. - consistently and positively interact with the people we serve. - assist with medications. - assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning. - other duties as assigned including doing something FUN! Available Shifts/Schedules: Our services are provided 24/7/365. We have opening for part time, full time, evenings, weekends, and opportunities to sub or fill in around your schedule. First job, second job, fill in job, we have a job for you! Pick up as many as you can! Current shifts that are open in Red Lodge: - Overnights (10-hour shifts) 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (40 hours a week) Note: Must be able to be a driver for RSD. Minimum Qualifications: - An interest in helping people with disabilities - Must meet minimum age requirements. - Must be able to clear RSD background and reference check. - No experience needed; we provide paid training!
