MISSION HEATING & AIR LLC Customer Service Representative/Shop in RONAN, Montana
Required Qualifications:
- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries of equipment and parts
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning
- Making emergency trips with materials to job sites as needed
- Registering equipment
- Pulling job permits, scheduling inspections
- Keeping office and shop organized and clean (Weekly Cleaning)
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to demonstrate use of Google Calendar
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in
- Provide Three References
- Experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and computers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must possess computer/smart phone literacy and be able/willing to learn work order and time tracking software
- Arrive to work on time every day
- Must be able to lift 301bs+
