MISSION HEATING & AIR LLC Customer Service Representative/Shop in RONAN, Montana

Required Qualifications:

  • Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries of equipment and parts
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning
  • Making emergency trips with materials to job sites as needed
  • Registering equipment
  • Pulling job permits, scheduling inspections
  • Keeping office and shop organized and clean (Weekly Cleaning)

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to demonstrate use of Google Calendar
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in
  • Provide Three References
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and computers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must possess computer/smart phone literacy and be able/willing to learn work order and time tracking software
  • Arrive to work on time every day
  • Must be able to lift 301bs+
