As an Industrial Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling customer accounts, analyzing sales statistics, and promoting sales through effective communication and coordination. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Extract costing from computer system to compile price quotes, discounts, contracts, and quantity pricing for customers. Convert inbound sales lead calls into successful sales. Coordinate production requirements, shipping, and inventory management with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Resolve customer complaints using problem-solving techniques and sound judgment. Maintain customer contacts, database, and sales representative information. Coordinate trade show planning, participation, and materials. Monitor safety stock levels, track orders, and obtain proof of delivery. Utilize computer information systems to ensure data accuracy and order processing. Perform various administrative tasks to support sales activities.
