CSKT Business Executive Officer in SAINT IGNATIUS, Montana
The Business Executive Officer, under the direction of the Department Head, develops and implements systems, policy practices and strategies related to business operations consistent with Department and Tribal goals and objectives and for the creation and maintenance of the THD Business model to ensure fiscal viability for the health care services provided by THD. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing development and implementation of new procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve efficiency, oversee business model implementation, and provide leadership and development to department staff as they relate to accounting, budgets, fixed asset reporting, cash management and reimbursement, patient registration, patient education on alternate resources and their utilization, human resources , IT, and patient records management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in healthcare, business administration or other relevant field plus a minimum of fifteen (15) years operations and management experience with a minimum of eight (8) of those years having supervisory experience. This experience would be preferably in healthcare but not required; or any relevant combination of education and experience totaling nineteen (19) years. Must possess a valid Montana Driver\'s License.
