CSKT Business Office Director in SAINT IGNATIUS, Montana

The Business Office Director, under the direction of the Department Head, develops and implements systems, policy practices and strategies related to business operations consistent with Department and Tribal goals and objectives and for the creation and maintenance of the THD Business model to ensure fiscal viability for the health care services provided by THD. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing, development and implementation of new procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve efficiency, oversee business model implementation, and provide leadership and development to department staff as they relate to accounting, budgets, fixed asset reporting, cash management and reimbursement, patient registration, patient education on alternate resources and their utilization. The Business Office Director is responsible for oversight of the THD Paid Care program operations and annual budget for the benefit of eligible recipients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business administration or another relevant field. A minimum of ten (10) years operations and management experience. A minimum of five (5) years of management level experience in a health care field required. Five (5) years of general medical office billing and collections experience preferred or any relevant combination of education and experience totaling fifteen (15) years.
