The Position: Human Resources Development and Communications Specialist

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 year prior experience in a professional office environment, preferably in the HR field. Less experience can be applied to this position if relevant formal educational training in human resources and/or a relevant business administration has been obtained to prepare the individual for the position. Must have experience in planning and organization: an ability to plan and manage multiple projects, strong customer service, strong attention to detail, problem analysis and problem resolution skills, interpersonal and communication skills, experience working with high performance teams and working as a strong team player and computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. Preferable experience in recruiting.
