Industrial Seamstress - Level 1 PCS Insulation is a custom manufacturing insulation company primarily serving the oil and gas industry.; At our facility located in Sidney Montana, you can expect a fast pace, high production, streamlined process with a small family style crew where every member of the team has a name and personality. We are a combination of oil and gas, consumer products and traditional and non-traditional insulation.; Our products are designed based on our customers needs with a lot of outside the box thinking. Because we are multi-industry, there is always something new to learn about each job and the products we manufacture. Requirements: No previous sewing experience required High School diploma preferred Strong work ethic is a must Willingness to learn Outside the box thinking Teamwork Valid drivers license or a stable method of transportation to and from work : -Operate an industrial sewing machine -Cut pre-existing patterns -Assemble items required to complete our products -Excellent time management skills -Send completed projects forward for completion -Assist others and working as a team -Willingness to learn the job and the industries we serve -Safety first, while maintaining the highest levels of productivity -Excellent working atmosphere, strong teamwork, high ethical standards and safety -On the job training. Level 1 Seamstress is an entry level position with room to grow in education, skill set and pay. -This position will learn about our products, insulation specification, and industry specifications. -Potential for travel to showcase our products at leading events both domestic and international. -Begin on the ground level of a newly established company quickly rising to be the leaders in custom insulation manufacturing.
