The Position: Lodge Certified Resident Assistant
Employment status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours per two-week pay period: up to 70
Essential Job Functions:
Aid with personal care services to residents including but not limited to medication reminders, laundry, cleaning, bathing, and dressing
Aid residents in daily activities such as coffee time, mealtime, appointments and other Lodge activities (in and out of facility).
Must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience preferred but not required
Education
CNA preferred but not required
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our I CARE team at the Lodge, in a home/apartment living setting. Essential duties of the position include caring, compassionate care of seniors living at the Lodge, and a commitment to excellence and integrity.
