The Position: Medical Records Clerk/ROI Specialist

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period : 80

Essential Job Functions:

  • Release of Information

  • Birth Certificate completion

  • Answering phones

  • Assisting walk-in customers

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Previous clerical experience, customer service experience and prior healthcare experience preferred.

    Position Summary:

    Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Records Clerk/ROI Specialist to join our I CARE team in the Health Information setting. Essential duties of the position include completion of Release of Information request, birth certificate completion, answering phones and assisting walk-in customers.
