Direct the activities of Service Technicians in the delivery of racking and tubing services. Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: *Run the Rack Crew *Ensure needed tools/equipment/parts needed for assigned job are loaded on the truck and available when needed *Ensure crew is working effectively and efficiently while maintain safety standards * Understand direction given by direct supervisor and relay that information to appropriate individuals to achieve the goal of the assigned job *Operate heavy equipment as needed *Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Experience a plus Must be over 18 years of age and posses a valid driver's license Must be able to understand direct instruction both verbal and written Ability to multi task Effective in leading by example to ensure work is done properly while following all safety guidelines Must be willing to complete all Noble and industry specific training Job can be physically demanding and require that you work in all types of extreme whether conditions Full job description is available at Sidney Job Service (tray number 16)
