Harco Fittings LLC, founded in 1966 in Lynchburg, Virginia is a producer of gasketed joint injection-molded PVC and push-on gasketed joint ductile fittings. Our Harco locations span across seven states in the US and we are looking for new individuals to come be a part of a dynamic and growing team today!
We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Inventory Control Clerk. This role is based in our facility in Stevensville, MT and reports to the Plant Manager.
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic individual with a keen eye to detail and a positive demeanor. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring that the company has all products, materials, equipment and supplies they need to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned with established policies and standards.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing all cycle counts daily and investigate and troubleshoot variances
Report weekly cycle count results
Maintains accuracy of all counts and ensures authenticity of all information
Responsible for the organization of all products; indoors and outdoors
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; stocks items and labels shelves
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
High School diploma or certificate of completion is preferred
Intermediate computer and data entry skills required
Microsoft Office experience
Experience in operations and logistics is preferred
Technical writing experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. on a consistent basis
Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be knowledgeable in basic math
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with an eagerness to learn
Great teammate with a proven track record to contribute to and cultivate a positive work environment
Ability to understand and follow established work procedures, including mandated safety guidelines
1st shift: Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm; Overtime and Weekends as needed
