PRAIRIE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Director of Nursing - Terry in TERRY, Montana
Prairie County Hospital District (PCHD) is now seeking candidates for a Full-Time Director of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be abe to effectively work independently and solve resident problems and family member concerns
- Management experience required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Plan, Organize, and Direct the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
- Ensure nursing staff are complying with resident/patient rights
- Responsible for ensuring adequate Nursing shift coverage
- Must be available or reachable for staff
- Responsible for developing programs for various reporting functions
HOURS AND WAGES
Full-Time position. Wage will depend on experience.
