RN - Acute/ER Day Shift (Full-time/Townsend) BILLINGS CLINIC BROADWATER (BILLINGS CLINIC BROADWATER) req9520Shift: DayEmployment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 0.90 = 72 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt) Starting Wage DOE: $33.06 - 42.07Working under general supervision, the RN employs the full nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation-while utilizing both theoretical knowledge and clinical skills to promote and maintain patient health. Requires integrating evidence-based nursing practices aligned with national standards to achieve quality outcomes. Accountable for the quality of nursing care provided, overseeing the care plan with a focus on maintaining professionalism. Involved in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in acute, swing bed, and emergency care settings, in close collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
