Our services include individual, family and group therapy with a licensed clinician, outdoor recreation, development of life skills, the teaching of appropriate social relationships, leadership development, field trips which are conducive to learning, and an academic institute with a time tested individualized one-on-one teaching style. All of these services help our students develop the character needed to succeed where they have failed in the past. TWAI endorses 12 character virtues that are essential in creating a healthy individual. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position carries a variety of responsibilities. Candidate must be able to multi-task and be flexible within their working schedule to handle arising needs that need to be immediately handled. Candidate will manage individual, family and group therapy sessions, in addition to calls with former students and families as part of the aftercare program. He/she should be knowledgeable and experienced in diagnostic evaluations, creating treatment plans and discharge summaries and able to meet documentation requirements. Candidate will work and participate within a multidisciplinary team QUALIFICATIONS: At minimum, candidate must possess an accredited Master's degree in social work or counseling. Ideal candidate will be fully licensed at state level and able to be licensed in state of Montana within 90 days of hire. Additionally, experience working within a residential treatment center or therapeutic boarding school highly valued. WORK LOCATION: Our campus is located in the beautifully remote area of Yaak, MT. We are approximately 52 miles from Bonners Ferry, ID, 40 miles to Troy, MT and 38 miles to Libby, MT. Given our location, scheduling of hours is flexible and some clinicians stay on site overnight to minimize driving distances. Looking for a licensed clinician who is willing to work a 40hr week, preferably over a 4-day period and would consider someone staying 2 nights and working 3 days.
