As a Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex carpentry tasks, ensuring that all projects meet rigorous standards of quality and excellence.Why you want this job:Starting pay is up to $36/hour, depending on experienceFull-time, Monday through FridayPaid time offGenerous time off for holidaysFuel reimbursementTool purchase programEssential Functions:Perform finish carpentry including siding, flooring and built-insContribute to the layout, calculations and installation of framing, flooring, walls and roof systems Design and install fitted wooden shelves, cabinets and drywall, install fixtures and fittings such as handles, locks and hingesRead and interpret designs to meet specifications set by Architects and take measurements to prepare the site for constructionFollow all standards for kitchens and bathrooms in new and remodeling projectsQualifications:Minimum 5 years experience2 years trim carpentry experienceRemain clean and organized at all timesAbility to read blueprints and written specificationsSupply your own tools - tool belt, hammer, square, cats paw, utility knife, pencils, Skilsaw, 2’ level, chalk line, 25’ tape measure, speed square, wood chisel - protective ear & eyewear will be providedGet in touch!
