SHERMAN INN Housekeeping Manager in WOLF POINT, Montana
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Monitor and control labor and expenses to meet budgetary goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping and/or management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
