Stockman Bank of Montana BRANCH MANAGER in Worden, Montana
Position General Responsibilities:
Process and approve agricultural and non-agricultural loan requests. Development of new business through calls on existing and potential customers. Represent the Bank in community activities. Operate the branch in a manner that maximizes profitability and achieves annual budgeted net income goals. Mentor and provide input to the Personnel Manager on improving and maintaining employee morale and the successful completing of daily functions within the Worden Branch

Dimension of Job:
This position is the Senior Lender with a focus to the daily operational needs of the Worden Office. Responsible for creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship with employees and provide and maintain the best possible working environment through delegation and mentoring of the Personnel Manager. Contribute to a harmonious relationship with employees and provide and maintain the best possible working environment.
Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies
Lending Functions:
Process loan requests and supervising lending officers in Worden Office. Function as Senior Lending Officer for the Worden Office.
Preparation, presentation and recommendation of loan requests over $100,000 to the Loan Committee.
Administer as necessary existing agricultural, real estate and installment loans under the officer’s supervision.
Conduct field inspections as required on new and existing loan customers.
Develop new business through existing and potential customers.
Mentor the branch lenders on credit analysis and committee presentations.
New Business Development/Public Relations:
Generate profitable business for the Bank, including borrowing and depositor relationships.
Maintain business relationships with existing customers.
Participate in community events and organizations in Worden.
Maintain professional conduct and ethical standards as required within the Bank’s guidelines.
Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and a diligent work ethic.
